Salmon Tartare with Apple, Cucumber and Radish Salad
This is a great way to enjoy salmon – but make sure you use only super fresh and high-quality salmon for your tartare.
Before you start, here are a few helpful tips:

Salmon Tartare with Apple, Cucumber and Radish Salad
This dish makes for a delightful, colorful, and unexpected appetizer.
Ingredients
- 200 g salmon
- 1/2 mandarin orange
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 green apple
- 2 red radishes
- 1 small cucumber
Instructions
- Debone, de-skin, and finely dice the salmon. Pour over the soy sauce and mandarin juice and mix well.
- Cut the apple, cucumber, and radishes into thin sticks and mix them together.
- Serve the salad over a bed of the salmon tartar.
