Smoked Duck Salad with Feta & Blackberry Sauce
This recipe is a great way to enjoy a protein-packed smoked duck breast together with a light spring mix and feta salad and a delicious blackberry sauce. Works great as a starter, first course at a dinner party or a light lunch.
Directions:
Thinly slice the smoked duck breast into 5 pieces.
In a blender, combine 5 of the blackberries with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and a dash of pepper. Blend until you have a smooth and flavorful blackberry dressing.
Place the fresh spring mix on a plate, creating a bed of crisp greens. Arrange the sliced smoked duck breast next to the salad mix and crumble the feta cheese evenly over the salad. Finally, scatter the remaining 5 blackberries over the salad for both decoration and an extra burst of fruity flavor.
Drizzle the luscious blackberry sauce over the entire salad, allowing it to infuse every bite with its sweet and tangy essence.

- a handful of lettuce mix
- 25 g feta cheese
Blackberry Sauce
- 10 blackberries 5 for decoration, 5 for dressing
- 20 ml olive oil
- 10 ml balsamic vinegar
- pepper
Instructions
