Ingredients
- 1 handful of spring mix (baby lettuce, spinach, etc.)
- ½ apple
- 30 g gorgonzola
- 4 walnut kernels
Blackberry Vinaigrette
- 5 blackberries
- 20 ml olive oil
- 5 ml balsamic vinegar
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
